By participating, players consent to the storage and use of their data for the purposes of leaderboard tracking, prize distribution, and communication related to the event.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.


Players’ data will not be sold or shared with third parties outside the scope of this event.


Dispute Resolution & Governing Law


Any disputes arising from this event will be addressed in good faith by the organizing committee. The governing law for all legal matters shall be based on the jurisdiction where the organizing entity is headquartered (e.g., United Arab Emirates, if applicable).

Players may reach out to the organizers through the official support channel in case of disagreements, technical issues, or disputes.

 

Physical prizes delivery rules


This campaign is offering physical prizes as rewards; kindly check the below conditions and make sure you are following the requirements:
When you successfully redeem or win any physical prize you will be asked to fill in your personal information for prize delivery on the campaign promotion page.

Delivery details will be communicated after you have confirmed your personal information to the AppGallery customer service team.

Also note that:

  • Your personal details will be collected only for the purpose of contacting and delivering the prize to your location.
  • If the winners (a) didn’t fill in their information or (b) filled in the wrong information, before the end date of the campaign; AppGallery team would regard it as the winner has given up their prize.
  • Within 14 working days after the campaign ends, an AppGallery customer service team member will contact the winner to confirm the personal information that has been submitted. If the winner didn’t respond to AppGallery customer service team calls, messages, or emails within the same period of contacting them; AppGallery team would regard it as the winner has given up their prize.
  • The delivery time frame depends on country and shipment regulations and is not in HUAWEI Services HK control.
  •  Physical prize delivery is only supported in the specified countries listed in the Terms and Conditions of the campaign promotion page. HUAWEI Services HK will not deliver the prize to any other country.
  • Any participant who is suspected of breaching or who is proven to have breached any of the Campaign Terms and Conditions may be disqualified by HUAWEI Services HK.
  • HUAWEI Services HK and its agent will use a reasonable endeavours to ship a physical prize to its destination, however, neither HUAWEI Services HK nor its agents will be liable in any way to any participant for any loss, damage or theft of any goods (or delay in delivery) in departure, transit, or upon arrival at their intended destination.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, HUAWEI Services HK and its agents or distributors, will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable (a) to compensate a Participant or accept any liability for any loss or damage, personal injury or death, as a result of entering this Campaign or accepting a prize; and/or (b) for any matters connected with or arising from your or a third party’s use of a prize, should you win one. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • All prizes are not transferable, not assignable and not redeemable for cash.
  • All in-kind prizes are subject to availability and on a while stock last basis. HUAWEI Services HK reserves the right to substitute any prizes with prizes of similar value with prior notification at its sole and absolute discretion

 

Additional conditions

  • By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • Participants must be 18 years or above to claim a prize. Minors should have their parent or guardian enter on their behalf.
  • Employees of HUAWEI Services HK or HUAWEI group, their immediate families, and HUAWEI’s Advertising, Creative and Public Relations agencies, program organizer, their employees, and immediate families are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
  • HUAWEI Services HK reserves the right to hold, void suspend, cancel or amend the Campaign if, at its sole discretion, it becomes necessary to do so for technical or security reason, suspected or actual fraud, consumer protection, legal reason, other reasons including any unforeseen reason or any reason that is out of its control.
  •  HUAWEI Services HK may disqualify as its sole discretion any participant who is believed to have perpetrated fraud, used deception, impersonated another person, or provided any false information to HUAWEI Services HK at any time, in relation to any matters related to this Campaign.
  • If a participant has been rewarded a prize, but it is subsequently discovered that they have breached any of the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign, they may be deemed to be disqualified. HUAWEI Services HK may seek a return of any prize obtained by a person in breach in these Terms and Conditions, and seek full recovery of any expenses, damages, costs, and fees incurred by it in this regard. HUAWEI Services HK reserves the right to report any suspected or actual acts of fraud or illegality on the part of the participant to law enforcement agencies or any other relevant authorities, persons or organizations.
  • Any decision by HUAWEI Services HK regarding an entry, in particular, but not limited to, the winner selection, publication, the award (or not) of a prize, HUAWEI Points or other awards, is final. HUAWEI Services HK is not obliged to enter into any correspondence or communications with any participant in relation to their entry or any other matters.
  • HUAWEI Services HK give no warranties representations, or guarantees, express or implied in fact or law, relating to any prize(s), regarding the use, value, or enjoyment of the prize(s) including without limitations, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • All winners shall accept prizes as they are. All in-kind prize(s) are HUAWEI standard products. HUAWEI Services HK makes no representation, warranty or undertaking as to any implied terms and conditions with respect to the prizes in this Campaign.
  • HUAWEI Services HK assumes no liability or responsibility in respect to defect or deficiency of the prizes or the nature / consumption of the prizes and will not entertain any direct correspondence with anyone in this regard.
  • Any imposition of taxes, fees, and any other costs associated with the acceptance and use of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.


Void where prohibited.
HUAWEI Services HK processes and uses any personal data as provided by the participant for the purpose of participation in this Campaign in line with the local applicable laws and the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (“PDPO”). The data shall be processed for lawful purposes directly related to the running of this Campaign including but not limited to any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Campaign as well as delivering the prize to the winner. Any personal data provided is retained no longer than 12 months after the Campaign.
This Campaign and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. HUAWEI Services HK reserves all the rights to modify or amend the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign from time to time, and the latest version of the Terms and Conditions is available at campaign promotion page. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, in no event shall HUAWEI Services HK be held liable in whatsoever manner arising from, in connection with, or relating to this Campaign.
Please be advised that all materials posted on site are subjected to public downloading and viewing of third-party viewers. All intellectual property rights contained in the apps, theme(s), etc. for the purpose of this Campaign shall be owned by HUAWEI Services HK.
